In early 2008,Yan'an Jiasheng and the Institute of management and research started to establish a project to develop special casing products.After three years,the design and processing procedures have been continuously improved.Through product design,finite element analysis,physical research,trial processing,inspection and test,physical evaluation and other procedures,the mature 139.7×9.17 N80Q xgc1 special casing products have been successfully developed in 2010.Through the evaluation test,the special buckle has not been glued after 3 times of make-up and 2 times of breakout,which can meet the working conditions and achieve the equivalent pipe body effect of stretching and blasting.After that,a series of optimization development was carried out for P110,80s,110s,110h steel grade casings.
