244.48×8.94mm tc-50 is a new steel grade independently developed by our company.Compared with the similar steel grades J55 and K55,the steel grade has small grain size,pearlite+ferrite structure,no widmanstatten structure and reticular ferrite structure,and the chemical composition P,s content is far lower than API 5CT,which contains a large number of beneficial alloy elements,makes its tensile properties excellent,yield and tensile strength superior to the same steel grade,impact performance far higher than the technical standard requirements.At the same time,the hydrostatic pressure result is 59%higher than that of API 5CT standard for steel casing of the same specification,25.2%higher than that of API tr 5C3 standard for steel casing of the same specification from external pressure to failure,and 16.1%higher than that of API tr 5C3 standard for steel casing of the same specification from stretching to failure.The steel grade is suitable for the environment with complex environment and bad geological conditions.
